Vanquis offer a balance transfer and purchase credit card.

Vanquis offer 0% for purchases and balance transfers for a set period of time. You will be charged a fee for any balance transfers. When the offer period on the card ends, any outstanding balance will be charged at a standard variable interest rate.

I applied for a credit card with vanquis because I had heard that they are a company which gives people will next to no credit score the chance to build a credit profile with their credit card. This was fantastic for me and after applying online, I had my card in no time. However, I really started to get on board with vanquis when I learned of their repayment option plan which really made me realise that this was a company for its people. I am opted in for the repayment option plan and have (unfortunately) had the chance to use the amazing benefits such as an account freeze for up to 2 years due to unemployment. The customer service is very efficient and friendly and the process as a whole is very fair. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017

A Good Place To Start After Bad Credit

If you're struggling to get a credit card to start building your credit rating then a Vanquis card is a good place to start. The interest rate is a little high but if you make sure you clear it every month then this is no problem. The biggest letdown for me were the regular sales calls trying to get you to upgrade with extra packages. Good company, terrible app

They are a great company, great pay back amount, but their app doesn't make sense when it comes to paying the amount needed each month. Either more money is taken by them at a much later date than it says, or less is taken, but it's extremely rarely the amount it states or the date. Fantastic

Chance to build your credit

Managed to get a credit card with them and my credit score has improved so much since I've been with them. Reviewed on: 19th June 2017

Good first card or for poor credit history only

I got this card because of my poor credit history. I kept it for two years until my credit rating improved and then got rid of it. If you miss a payment the interest in HUGE. Reviewed on: 11th June 2017

OK to rebuild credit score
