Don't always believe

Money tooken for house valuation and it is our fault that we didn't wait for the answer first. But customer advisor was saying "no need to woried all should be okay, all looks good". Declined because of that there is gaps for last 4 years working (it is not true). Money for deposit are from student finance (Not true as well). Not even given a chance to prove that that it is not true. "You are in risk beacuse of Covid-19". So why giving a hope.. I do not recommended Reviewed on: 16th July 2020

Very helpful staff both over the phone and in branch.

Excellent small building society.

Always able to get through to speak to someone, which is very rare these days. Always friendly, helpful staff that know what they are talking about, again very rare to find. If they say they will call you back, they always do. Although they are not a big company they could certainly teach the big banks & other financial companies a thing or two.
