Don't always believe

Money tooken for house valuation and it is our fault that we didn't wait for the answer first. But customer advisor was saying "no need to woried all should be okay, all looks good". Declined because of that there is gaps for last 4 years working (it is not true). Money for deposit are from student finance (Not true as well). Not even given a chance to prove that that it is not true. "You are in risk beacuse of Covid-19". So why giving a hope.. I do not recommended Reviewed on: 16th July 2020

Brilliant Customer Service

Unbelievable people

My wife and I thought that all hope was gone when trying to remortgage due to our ages. But after using moneysavingexpert, we came across the Vernon building society. The staff actually care about the situation and nothing was a problem,. After the initail telephone interview with Lucy, the process of receiving the offer took about 3-4 weeks and now we are able to relax and have a stress-free life now.
