No nonsense, straight to the point.

No nonsense, straight to the point. Staff always pleasant and ready to help. Always get an appointment to suit ourselves. The opening times could be better I.e. weekends not everybdy can make weekdays as they have to work too. So Saturdays would be better if they could open. Reviewed on: 27th January 2025

Friendly service and competitive rates

We've had our mortgage with Vernon BS for over 30 years, during which time we have borrowed, paid off some capital, borrowed to get a bigger house, borrowed to buy a rental property and have just reduced the capital a little more as we are nearing retirement. App to offer fantastic, offer to completion poor

The number of items that were requested were onerous and too much, my solicitor received numerous pages of requests, the app to offer was about 2 weeks and it was over 3 months to complete. Reviewed on: 4th November 2019
