Don't always believe

Money tooken for house valuation and it is our fault that we didn't wait for the answer first. But customer advisor was saying "no need to woried all should be okay, all looks good". Declined because of that there is gaps for last 4 years working (it is not true). Money for deposit are from student finance (Not true as well). Not even given a chance to prove that that it is not true. "You are in risk beacuse of Covid-19". So why giving a hope.. I do not recommended Reviewed on: 16th July 2020

Convoluted and lengthy process

Eight weeks (Xmas in between) since first application. Mortgage approved but still no date for receipt of funds. Joint solicitor chasing you today. Jo Torkington a delight to deal with. Surveyor's fee (reduced on appeal from £800 to £620) for valuation-only (not Home Buyers' report) outrageously uncompetitive against others (eg Nationwide) who advertise and will effect with no charge to applicant.
