We managed to use income projections from a client towards affordability, as the client had seen a large uplift in income year on year since covid, which was very bespoke and managed to get us where we needed to be Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

The Vernon Building Society is one of the few companies who actually give you a very one to one experience that fills you with confidence. Their staff are very friendly, informative and exceptionally helpful, whether you speak to them on the phone or visit one of their offices around Stockport. Being a small society doesn't detract from the excellent, competitive products they have to offer. I would definitely prefer to deal with this company than the large impersonal companies that dominate the market. Reviewed on: 5th December 2018

The Vernon staff were always there for us: whenever I needed to phone up there was a real person at the end of the phone who could answer my questions, and without condescension.
