trying to find a mortgage when you are getting old is disturbingly complex and often leads nowhere. But Vernon accepted immediately and, realising my pension is £10.000 a month and continues even after my death, Vernon accepted very quickly. I was up and running in a very short time. Since then I have been amazed and satisfied with Vernon's non-bureaucratic and thus speedy management of my case. Reviewed on: 25th March 2024

To be honest, we found the Vernon Building Society by chance, but we are very pleased that we did. All the staff we have dealt with, including Lucy, have gone out of their way to be helpful and you always feel that you are getting a personal service..
