Simple and straightforward

We have a small business and started with Cashplus very early on. We have been on the journey as they transitioned to Zemplar. The service has constantly improved during that time. We especially like the feature that notifies your phone of each transaction. I find this very helpful. Perfect for small business. Simple and straightforward. Reviewed on: 9th April 2025

They blocked the use of my bank account without reas...

They blocked the use of my bank account without reason or explanation. we were unable to trade for over a month. They withheld £20,000 of my money. Still no explanation. Only the help of family and friends stopped us from closing. We could not pay our staff or suppliers. It was Christmas too. They cost us thousands in lost revenue and the offered us £50 compensation. Zempler saved me from scammers

I was tricked by scammers, but Zempler put in additional security measures to stop the theft of £100,000, and then improved my security overall to stop it happening again. The customer service whilst going through this was superb; they reassured me like a therapist, whilst acting quickly on my needs, making an awful experience of being scammed bearable.
