Excellent friendly service from application to final agreements. Personal contact from very professional and knowledgeable staff who assisted at every step of the application process. Also like the fact that every month I get notification prior to my monthly payment and continued offer of support should there be any problems. Really nice helpful and friendly staff who understood I was not skilled in IT and put me at ease through the online process. Reviewed on: 15th January 2023

I've used zopa for loans credit cards and savings too. Every wee while I get suggestions on how to improve my credit rating. Although I didn't get a balance transfer option - I got a good rate and always pay in full anyway. Saving pots are handy and competitive. My loan is paid off early with a seamless process.
