Zopa are the most accommodating company I’ve been with, they offer so much in the way of customer experience that it makes using the service seamless. The app is both slick and functional and gives lots of useful insights into money management which you just don’t get with other credit card companies. Well done Zopa, fantastic service. It’s a good credit card but the app requires a lot of identity checks when making online purchases. They don’t do very many credit limit increases so that’s a shame but outside of these things the app is useful. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025
