Clear open and honest lending

Super easy and friendly staff

The card is easy to apply for and easy to manage. I had to contact support as I changed my phone and had issues logging in and this was resolved in less than 30 mins which is brilliant. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Clear, Simple, and Easy

Amazing customer service!

I was experiencing some financial difficulty and was unable to make my minimum monthly payment. I called the customer service team and was very quickly put through to someone who very easily set up a payment holiday for me. They were supportive, informative and kind. Meanwhile it took me over an hour to get through to anyone at my bank! I would recommend Zopa to anyone. They’re affordable, the app is easy to use and I’ve never had any problems.
