Brilliant card

Really good card, easy to use app which keeps you updated on spending and a credit cushion which helps to keep you on track Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Pretty good experience

Firstly the positives - the app is brilliant. Payments go on immediately so no waiting for days for the balance to be available. Security measures are good. The only negative (and why it got 4 stars) is it isn't contactless so I tend to only use it for online purchases. Who can remember PINs these days? Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Straight forward and hassle free

I have been dealing with zopa for awhile now, 1st I got a credit card and then further down the line I took out a loan as well but each step in the process has been simplistic in every way, everything is explained clearly throughout the application stage. And once accepted the mobile app is very easy to used and keep an eye on your finances with all the accounts in the same place. My experience with Zopa is very positive. The system works well iand clear n terms of notifications in regards to award of amount borrowed, and payments. I like also that they let you know every month within two or three days previously that the monthly payment is going to be taken from your account. I recommend Zopa Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

I have a credit card and loan with zopa and app access is amazing let’s me know what I owe, always send a reminder when payment is coming out and literally have no fault with this company at all!!
