I've been with Zopa for several years now and find their service exceptional in every way. The app is easy to use and on the occasion I've had to talk with staff they're extremely helpful and professional in every way. Their service is highly competitive. They're always approachable. It was very easy to apply for the Credit Card and Zopa make it easy to track spending with the mobile App. They set a sensible Credit Limit and send reminders for payments to ensure you stay on track. Reviewed on: 14th January 2023
