Excellent Service and Customer Liason

I have been impressed with the service provided to me by Zopa and the efficient app which allows me to monitor and operate by Credit Card Account with great ease. I am also impressed with how any credit limit increase offers have been very sensibly and sensitively applied with thought for my ability to manage the account over a reasonable period of time - obviously working with me with my best interests at heart - something you don't come across with many businesses nowadays !! Excellent credit provider

From applying to then using the Zopa Credit card, everything is laid out plain and simple. You can see what you owe, easily manage your card in the app and make early payments if you want - nice and easy! No weird financial-jargon either, everything is in plain english and if you need help? Its a few taps away in their app! Reviewed on: 13th January 2023
