Zopa are so easy to use, I like the fact that you can set a cushion on your credit card so you know you will not go over your limit. It’s also so easy to use the app. Reviewed on: 27th January 2022

Zopa make things easy the customer. The app is very straight forward to use and that is a real plus for me. Being new to credit cards, I was a little apprehensive that it would be troublesome or maybe complicated but it isn't. I can log in & find what I need immediately. ZOPA are there if & when I need them. Customer service is fantastic (I have only needed to contact them once but I felt like a valued customer straight from the word hello). although i haven't had my credit card long with zopa the app is very good and everything they do is very efficient

in the short time I've been with zopa I've never had any issues,when you pay your credit card bill you get a receipt by email which i like. Reviewed on: 27th January 2022
