To get started the website it super easy to navigate, everything is clearly laid out in English and explained well. The credit card was very easy to apply for no faffing about with instant decision. Card arrived in the post swiftly. The app is brilliant for keeping an eye on my balance and for making payments. I’ve had 2 loans with them plus a credit card .Can’t really fault them so far- competitive rates , the app for managing loans and investments works great, the couple of times I had to contact customer services have been a fast and pleasant experience .
