Zopa is a useful source of credit whose security is assured. The app is easy to work. The 'credit cushion' feature is absolutely fantastic as it allows you to reserve a cash pot for emergencies. I've not had to use their customer services very much but it is a well run service overall and I would highly recommend it for those trying to improve credit store and manage a credit card effectively!
