They act on feedback and are happy to help

I gave feedback about budgeting and they took note of it and started implementing a budgeting tool. There are current account pots so you can separate what you are going to spend to what is ready to spend and to what is being saved. They now You can open up to 20 savings pots which is very helpful. They were quite helpful when I had a query, although through the chat, it was being transferred to different staff members just to be told to call the customer service phone number. Good banking app experience

Easy to open, app is good and having the ability to open different savings pots is a plus. Earning interest in a current account is a positive bonus. Not had to deal with any issues so can't comment on their ease of contact or customer service. Disappointing though is their ISA interest and don't feel it is competitive enough.
