Nice range of products, easy to use and set up account. I like the saver account of 7.1% very competitive rate for easy access. It has a unique direct debit cashback that most accounts don’t have. I like the packaging the card came in, very cool and unique. Higher cashback limit would be even better. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

I am quite new to Zopa but my experience has been great over these last few months. There are so many opportunities in terms of earning perks here and there. While I haven't spoken to customer service, the automated messaging service is really great. You don't get left with no resolution because follow ups are asked until your specific problem is answered or other help is offered.
