AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!

WOW AVOID TOLD THEM I WAS HAVING MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS NEED PAYMENT BREAK THEY TRIED TO HAVE GMP POLICE SECTION ME> THEY HAVE STILL REFUSED TO HELP AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD DEFAULT ME IF I DO NOT PAY THEM !!!! Terrible customer service and policies for dealing with venerable customers, especially anyone with mental health issues or disabilities. They have refused to give me a payment break of 30days on my loans and cards. I have just made the most recent payments on all accounts. Never missed any credit payment. Also long term loyal customer. I am going through bad , provable mental health crisis due to no fault of my own. Also have medically diagnosed mental health and neurological disabilities, this made no difference , they were none compliant with section 20 of the Equality Act 2010, "Reasonable Adjustments" I feel they therefore they discriminated against me, I have filed such a complaint today with them. They offered me this "deal" which meant if i didnt pay them they would mark my credit file with a non payment, if i miss more payments they will default me . LOL thats just normal process!!!! Other provides Like Vanquish Bank and 118 money were both amazing and in a very short space of time both offered me 30day payment breaks with no effect on my credit file. Vanquish actually are making a £167 interest payment due on my credit card account soon for me as well as putting it on hold for 30days . Crazy i needed 30 days so i can get back on top of my self employment and get everyone paid again !!! Am i not allowed any time off work for a mental health breakdown Zopa ? Well thanks for confirming my complaint is being dealt with. You have ignored that issue until now. I have no acknowledgement of my complaint in anyway . So thanks for confirming it ! I will be filing a court case against for mental health discrimination , wont use the ombudsman !!! Futher update 02/11/2023 Their repsonse was false and mis leading , they have offered me no support in the mean time. I have had to place further complaints about them discriminating under section 20 of the Equality act 2010 . Potential breaching FCA guidance when dealing with venerable disabled adults . Quick & efficient!!!

Zopa is a good company for quick and hassle free loans. The process is simple and intuitive. App is one of the better ones out there as far as finance apps go. The interest rates could be a bit lower, but no one's perfect! :) All in all, highly recommended. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Wasted day

Absolutely useless, spent my only day off trying to get a car, sent 2 links for cars available only to be told they no longer work with these companies, when I finally found a car rang the dealership and they wanted an extra £500 admin fee, honestly don’t waste your time just sideswipe this company and save yourself a day Reviewed on: 16th August 2023
