Great Ethos, Bad Customer Service

Loans are usually very good rates with the great ethos of borrowing from other real people not banks. It was easy to setup and apply for. However, the after sales customer service is dire. As long as things are ok and you don't want to overpay or check anything during the course of the loan. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2017

Winning loans

I needed a quick loan to replace a car that died and not only did Zopa provide one within 2 days the rate was lower than anyone else on the market! There are no penalties for early repayment and I can't speak more highly of them. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2017

I was looking to consolidate by existing bills. Zopa's online application was very simple and easy to follow. The money was in my account quicker than they advised.
