Straight forward loan

It couldn't be made an easier, the entire process is straight forward and made easy. As well as the fact its not a bank you're paying back but people. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017

Excellent, straightforward and ethical

Zopa is now my lender of choice. As a family, we have borrowed twice through Zopa. Both times the process has been straightforward. I find the language Zopa use to describe terms and conditions pretty much market-leading in terms of clarity and how easy it is to understand. This is outstanding in a world where many organisations hide behind impenetrable, long T&Cs filled with legalese. Zopa deserves huge credit for its hard work in this area. Zopa has offered decent interest rates whenever I have compared them. What's most important for me though is the business model. I like that I am borrowing outside the established big businesses of the banks. To further improve their business model, I would love to see a section on Zopa devoted to ethical lenders . Positive experience

I've had an extremely pleasent experience with Zopa, I was referred to using this company through clear score as I wanted a loan for a car. I applied for a £5,000 loan, it was approved within minutes and the funds were transferred into my account within 3 days! I was so pleased that the application was processed with so much efficiency! Zopa was zoomy!

I only needed a small loan to pay off a niggling credit card. Zopa was easy to apply for online and it was approved that evening. I had the money in a matter of days. Simple as that no messing and confusion. My monthly repayments are manageable and that credit card with high interest is gone.
