Terrifying experience made easy!

I was so nervous about getting a loan for the first time. I heard so many negative reviews and people getting in debt with repayments or interest. Zopa were amazing! Easy to understand and apply! Excellent, straightforward and ethical

Zopa is now my lender of choice. As a family, we have borrowed twice through Zopa. Both times the process has been straightforward. I find the language Zopa use to describe terms and conditions pretty much market-leading in terms of clarity and how easy it is to understand. This is outstanding in a world where many organisations hide behind impenetrable, long T&Cs filled with legalese. Zopa deserves huge credit for its hard work in this area. Zopa has offered decent interest rates whenever I have compared them. What's most important for me though is the business model. I like that I am borrowing outside the established big businesses of the banks. To further improve their business model, I would love to see a section on Zopa devoted to ethical lenders .
