Good online banking

Easy to set up regular savings good rates. Staff well trained and extremely helpful. Previously had loans which were easy to set up so thought would open a regular saver with them. Reviewed on: 29th February 2024

The app experience has been excellent!

The app experience has been excellent! The transfer process took a little getting used to at first but once set up was super easy! And the Zopa app is SO much faster / more responsive in time than Chase! Reviewed on: 29th February 2024

Quick, easy and good rates of interest

Easy to set up and access the account, and to move money between other accounts quickly. Transactions processed instantly. Competitive interest rates which are frequently updated to changes in the market. Option to choose higher interest rate if prepared to give notice. Very happy, I trust this company.
