Very happy customer

I opened a smart saver as part of a New Year resolution to make my savings work for me and take advantage of better interest rates. I was really happy with how easy it was to set up and with the interest rates which have been increased a few times in the short time I have had the account. Brilliant!

Great idea with the smart pots, it really puts the control in the savers hands. Interest rates always ahead too and they don’t leave you on a lower rate whilst offering new customer a higher one. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Transparent, easy and fair.

I have been with Zopa almost since the beginning. I was disappointed when the peer to peer lending finished and it became a bank. However I am pleased with the rates offered and think Zopa are fair in that they constantly update in line with rising interest rates. Everything is very clear and easy to understand and access.
