Easy to use app, great saving rate

Simple and straightforward

I’ve recently set up various savings accounts with different providers and I can hand on heart say that Zopa is BY FAR the simplest and most straightforward to set up and navigate once up and running. Communication is excellent - quick, professional and helpful. I’ve already spread the word and have family now using Zopa. Don’t delay - join this great and professional team at Zopa. Consistently great interest rates

I joined Zopa last August when they had the best easy access interest rate. 8 months later and they've regularly updated their rates to be right near the top. I find the 90 day boost pot is a great timeframe that allows me to have a very healthy interest rate whilst not fixing in for too long. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

simple to do, peace of mind

I have left money in a very low interest account, as it was too much of a hassle to do anything for the small return it would have produced. Then as interest rates started to rise I wanted to be a bit more financially astute, by far the easiest and most straight forward account was provided by ZOPA, I can move my savings very simply and the interest rate is very competitive. Simple,fast, efficient

the savings accounts are flexible, easy to move money around and to withdraw and add from bank account. The online site is clearly laid out and very easy to access and use. And the rates are competitive and have risen over time to remain competitive. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Easy to use and great savings rates

Zopa is very user-friendly and has competitive savings rates which continually seem to update to ensure that your interest rate gives excellent market value. I really like being able to 'lock away' money for set periods of time at higher interest rates whilst still having the flexibility that the instant access account gives you. Flexible, Top interest rates and friendly customer service

I have been with them for approx. half a year. Thought this time they have consistently had one of the highest interest rates compared to other flexible savings accounts. They have an amazing feature where you can boost your interest rate by locking away the money with a set notice period (7, 31 or 95 days). This is an amazing feature to get that little bit extra interest when you don't need your money instantly and I frequently use it. They also have amazing customer service, with it being very easy to live chat with an agent for a large part of the day. All of the help I have received has been very informative and useful. Simply Fabulous

The ease of setting up a savings account of your choice and the ability to fix or not are brilliant features. That the interest accrues monthly and you can see you savings grow is all the encouragement I need to keep saving.
