Easy saving and great rates

My previous savings account was earning me a pittance and had been for years (0.05%) so I decided to do something about it. Zopa seemed a good option so I gave it a try. And boy am I glad I glad I did. The interest rates and really good and saving is easy and quite fun with the various ‘pots’ you can create. Great for someone who wants to keep a little bit of their savings available whilst the rest makes good gains. Reviewed on: 4th March 2023

Shocking Customer Service

Never use this company to save your money with. I have been trying to link a new bank account for 1.5 weeks now, and I have still had no resolve. Between using the phone number and chat functionality, nobody has been able to identify why my statement wasn't verifiable (despite all details aligning). The treatment I received from some of their customer service employees is despicable. I am filing a formal complaint as the stress I have gone through as a result of their lack of capability is huge. Due to their inability to help resolve my issue, therefore being unable to access my savings, I have had to postpone buying a car which means I cannot make it to work. Reviewed on: 1st March 2023

Perfect Savings Account

The smart saver is the perfect middle ground savings account. A competitive interest rate with quick, anytime withdrawals and easy to link to your current accounts. The added bonus is interest is paid monthly so you can easily see what interest you are earning. I would highly recommend it. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023
