I was recommended to Chorley Building Society by Louise who put me in contact with Candice. She went above and beyond to find a suitable mortgage . The Chorley Building Society changed my life!

I was offered a credit repair mortgage by The Chorley Building Society almost 3 years ago. Their open minded and fair approach to people, who in the past, have for often no fault of their own had a less than perfect credit history. The mortgage they gave me literally changed my life, giving me financial security and home for life. I will forever be greatful to them for taking the time to really look into my application. Brilliant company & supportive

Re mortgage

We are re mortgaging completion fingers crossed tomorrow. I telephoned with a few quires. I got straight though! No horrid music, lovely lady on the phone, talked as if we we old friends. Personal touch

In todays world of impersonal call centres and online chat whereby common sense and any degree of reasonable understanding is all but lost, Chorley strikes a balance to retain all that used to be good in banking whilst looking ahead. I honestly don’t know any other organisation that has held on to the personal touch and long may it continue. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023
