I recently received mortgage advice from Louise at Chorley Building Society and couldn't be happier with the experience. Louise was exceptionally professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. She was approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Excellent Mortgage Provider

Following the recent outbreak, I suffered a substantial loss of earnings as my employer decreased my hours and therefore my income. I contacted the building society to ask what options were available. I was provided with clear advice and there was no confusing jargon. Once I made my decision, it was implemented with immediate effect. I would have expected a slight delay due to a presumed increase in people needing assistance but the customer service remained excellent.
