Brilliant banking company.

Dealt with fraud well

I love my bank! Once there was fraud a lot of money involved! My bank dealt with it very efficiently. Got all my money back without a fuss! Well done HSBC! Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Friendly and no problems

I love my bank!! I got all my bank charges back and I have a £1,500 no fee overdraft. The staff are always friendly and helpful and I haven't experienced any problems with my telephone or internet banking....the only downside is that my branch is closing down which will mean driving to the next town.
