Been with them for nearly 30 Years

- really don't appreciate closing down all the branches, taking taxpayers money to save it, then sticking two fingers up at the country and bragging about relocating to Honk Kong or Wuhan. Maybe the directors should be relocated there now? Reviewed on: 8th February 2020

No Loyalty Bonuses

They don’t seem to offer any loyalty bonuses. You only get special deals if you are a new customer. Reviewed on: 8th February 2020

Easy web and app access

Banks are very similar in what they offer. What sets them apart for me is the ease of use and access to my accounts. Really straightforward accedss both via their web pages and their app. Very easy to do things, can't remember the last time I had to call or find a branch. Reviewed on: 8th February 2020

Good service, nothing wonderful

My current account is with HSBC. I appreciate their online banking app which works really well for me and has great functionality. I wish they did more deals for their loyal customers, but overall I'm satisfied. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020
