They go the extra mile

Had serious problems with account being hacked and the staff were amazing. Wouldn't use any other bank. Reviewed on: 13th December 2018

Awful

So angry at HSBC. I left as they never told me if I was in my overdraft and then charged me heinous interest for being in it. First text I got from them was after I closed my account Reviewed on: 11th December 2018

Works for me

Their banking apps work, (unlike another major bank who refuse to make their app work with Android tablets. They have always been fair and understanding with us. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
