No-fee easy-access savings account

I have always and continue to have good experiences with HSBC. I have banked with them since I was 16 and over the years, whatever query I've had, they've been very prompt with their responses and always very helpful. Staff in the branch are particularly friendly and knowledgable, regardless of what branch I go to. I recommend them frequently to friends and family. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

I've been a customer for over 15 years and HSBC have always had an easy-to-use internet banking system and responsive customer service if I ever needed help with anything. They've also never tried the hard-sell on me with any of their other products, which I appreciate. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018
