Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Value for money

All types of insurance at a great price

Admiral’s multi car insurance is such brilliant value so when I was looking for home insurance, I got a quote and it was good value for money. The staff are always very polite, friendly and helpful. I have also taken out travel insurance and just recently, pet insurance too! Definitely worth giving them a try for all your insurance needs. Reviewed on: 19th August 2023
