Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Long term customer and no plans to change

I have been a customer with Admiral for a very long time. We have a multi-car policy and, if I have ever had any concerns, a quick call has seen everything handled and sorted quickly by polite, efficient and helpful staff. I know lots of people chop and change their providers each year, while looking for the best deal, but I have always found that a quick chat with Admiral in the period leading up to renewal has resulted in me getting a great deal that makes me happy to renew and not move elsewhere. Easy to deal with

Polite, friendly and efficient service
