Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Cheapest I could find

The only reason I use admiral is that they are the cheapest. Car Insurance has increased above inflation. I have used admiral before and said I wouldn't use them again as every contact with them is another excuse for them to get more money just like Ryan air they scalp at every opportunity. Effective processing, communication and cost effective.

I have chosen to insure my car through Admiral for a number of years and have found them easy to communicate with and cost effective for my needs, particularly when adding home insurance and additional cars - the processing of which was very straightforward and clear.
