Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great insurance

Admiral is a great insurer and gave me a quote that beat most other insurers, including on price comparison websites. The easiness of the plug in and drive insurance model means that after 3-6months you can return the telematics device and you can get tips to improve your driving during this time. It is a great way to reduce costs and very helpful for a new driver like myself. Would really recommend this insurance. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

Easy insuring at ad mlre all
