Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE! They hang up!!!

Affordable insurance with great benefits!

I’ve been with admiral for a year with their platinum package and they have been very affordable and also had a lot of benefits such as motor legal protection, and also windscreen cover which I used. But, for a lot cheaper than any other company that I could find. Just started my second year and is very affordable for me as I am a young driver. Reviewed on: 9th August 2023
