NEVER AGAIN, SCAM COMPANY

RIDICULOUSLY BAD, HAD TO TRY AND CLAIM AS SOMEONE REVERSED INTO MY WHILST I WAS PARKED, IMMEDIATELY PUT IT DOWN TO NOBODY LIABLE SO NOW IM OUT OF POCKET AND WILL LOSE MY NO CLAIMS TO CLAIM, SCAM COMPANY AVOID. Reviewed on: 30th August 2022

Simple and Easy

I have had admiral insurance for 2 years now and have found the whole process very easy and simple. I have had to call and ask a few questions regarding my insurance and the possibility of adding an additional car to my policy and at every instance have always found polite and willing to help team on the other end of the phone. Takes forever to get anything achieved.

The initial contact following an incident in which I was the 3rd party, was incredible. Friendly efficient staff who just made me feel so re-assured. I trusted them to sort the repairs and that was the first mistake. The repairs weren't great which isn't Admirals fault but then it's taken literally days on the phone to try and rectify the work. The car still looks terrible a year after the accident and it's not even my fault. I drove over 400 miles over the Christmas holidays in order to collect the vehicle after the hire car I had was cancelled. Even then it wasn't ready and its been so disappointing. Please please fix my car. Good job I hadn't planned on selling it as probably wouldn't have been able to anyway. Reviewed on: 30th August 2022

Comprehensive cover you can trust

From the outset, I was very impressed by Admiral’s customer service. I had been directed to them for their great affordability through Go Compare and when finalising my policy, their representative was extremely helpful in explaining the optional extras available.
