Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent company!

Very helpful with good customer service and an easy to use app. They come up trumps every time and I recommend them to everyone. They are so flexible and are ideal for whatever you may need insurance wise. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2022

Great service, cost effective and good communication throughout

Good value

Black Boxes Bring Brilliant Benefits

I passed my test as a reckless, irresponsible and generally awful person. Due to Admiral's recommendation of a Black Box, I managed to become an upstanding member of the community with very little collateral damage! I genuinely miss my little Black box and car journeys aren't the same without her. That said, I am still yet to return said Black box so perhaps we shall ride forth into the sunset together again one day. Thanks for keeping me sane-ish, Admiral! Reviewed on: 23rd August 2022
