Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Could not go anywhere else!

Admiral was my first ever car insurance in 2017 I then went around the market going with different insurers I have now made the return to admiral because of their competitive price their amazing customer service and I have never felt this confident taking out car insurance through anyone else ! Easy setup, Great Value

Having bought a new car fairly recently, chose Admiral from a number of other providers , as they had the best value insurance, offering the most options for the premium.
