Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best insurance for new drivers

Ever since I first got my insurance with admiral back in October 2021 they have been nothing but helpful and easy to use. They offer great prices for insurance, especially for new/ young drivers. All of their information is clearly laid out, and the app and website are both very easy to use. I would/ have recommended admiral car insurance to other family members and friends to try out, and so far everyone is very impressed with it! Reviewed on: 20th August 2022
