Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best insurance car company!

Great competitive prices, friendly staff and regular updates.

I'm the type of customer who doesn't really like change and tend to stick to same insurers but this was the best decision to change to Admiral and I made great savings. Glad I got out of my comfort zone and changed. Reviewed on: 18th August 2022

Outstanding customer service

I recently had an issue with my car insurance which resulted in it being cancelled. The customer service team ( Adam & Kate) went above and beyond to help me and to get my car back on the road that day considering my circumstances. Very grateful for both their help. Reviewed on: 18th August 2022
