Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Quick and efficient

I originally got a loan with admiral which was easy and very fast. So I took out my car insurance with them as well. I have just taken out home insurance on a mulitipolicy deal. Half my yearly home insurance. Very pleased thankyou Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Outstanding in every field. Admiral is far the best insurance provider and leads the way for other insurance provider’s.
