Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Better than poverty

Went to an insurance broker who quoted me £1800 without a black box. A quick search online and my quote was down to £700. Way more affordable. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Quick and fair priced

Couldn’t do the application online and having to go through all of the t&cs took some time, but that comes with all insurance policies! I was insured on the day and didn’t have a massive chunk of money come out to be insured! So overall, really positive! Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Very happy with Admiral car insurance. Choosing Admiral as my car insurance provider gives me a sense of security and assurance as I know that, if something happened to my car, I am covered.
