Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Amazing first time insurance

New customer, excellent service

Bring new to Admiral and just returned to the country I found setting up new car insurance with admiral very easy… they were the cheapest by far and the online assistance is quite k to help and very effective. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Very satisfied

Cheap insurance for young drivers!
