Cost me hundreds on just the word of the third party

I accidentally rubbed someone's bumper with my van it didn't leave a single mark or move the vehicle in any way I left my details anyway after a while I'm told they are claiming personal injury without any evidence it has taken my no clams away and cost me hundreds of pounds as a result why am I being punished with even you say there is no evidence? Charlatans and criminally negilgent

I was hit by an Admiral driver. As their driver was completely at fault they arranged for repair. This took months and tehy made a mess of my bumper (wrong paint colour), When I complained, they said it was the wrong colour when they got it. The washed their hands and said I shoud go to Ombudsman. When the Ombudsman contacted Admiral, they refused to accept because I was not one of their policy holders. Unscrupulous liars, Ombudsman was quite diappointing/toothless. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Awful Experience

Awful experience, involved in an accident that wasn’t my fault and ended up out of pocked for around a month. I had to do the leg work myself to chase up the third parties insurer. Even when I explained that this was leaving me in a tough financial situation there was no urgency. I was left hard done by when I was not at fault in any way. I would expect my insurance company to be doing this work for me, as this is a service which I pay good money for. Reviewed on: 24th March 2024

Discusted with this company!

Discusted with this company! I hope you choke on the money I gave you for what bugger all! I had 1 years no claims for the first year no issues. Second year just started. They cancel my policy after missing one payment! Then make a different reason up that it's because I made a claim which they stated that they were not liable for! So no claim... Word can not describe how bad of service I received. Please be aware they are not all they seem clearly. Trying to bill me now for a full years policy after cancelling mine. Very difficult to contact and slow to respond.

Very difficult to contact and slow to respond to emails. Although I got a competitive price for my car insurance I was disappointed when I had to chase them for an included offer and found them very difficult to contact. There is literally no way of contacting them by telephone, and they are slow to respond to emails. I worry what the experience would be like if I have to make a claim, and hence will probably not renew with this company. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

This company is a bad joke

This company is a bad joke This company is a bad joke. I was involved in an accident with one of the company's customers(rear-ended), wasn't my fault and the other driver made the claim to fix my car. Since the 14th of February, they have kept telling me that they will make the payment but they refuse and they find different reasons. If a minor claim is happening like this I can't imagine for something else. I would NOT recommend anyone to deal with or take any insurance from this company. Don't want to pay valid claims

Admiral referred us to their preferred supplier to replace a hearing aid. When Counrtywide Hearing quoted £1500 more than anyone else to replace, Admiral decided we were underinsured and offered a very low sum. Ended up buying the hearing aids ourselves. Reviewed on: 13th February 2024
