Overall Admiral keep offering the best price on the market, good product with a good level of cover. On the occasion you claim they are quick and efficient to handle your claim. The one fly in the ointment is the online/app servicing of your account is poor with continued issues and problems. But overall good product and service. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Excellent service after accident

Admiral are very easy to access, by phone, email or the app. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The pricing structure is fair and easy to understand, offering a cover solution for every need. Customer services don't try and up-sell at every opportunity but still manage to lay out all options and benefits. The app has an opt in for driving tracking which can reduce your premium at renewal.
