Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great price and customer service

When I was in the process of looking for insurance for our van, I already had insurance with Admiral for my car and the assistance I was provided in finding the best deal was really great and very helpful! Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

Worst experience in my insurance life

Had 2 none fault claims in a year, all cost recoved from 3rd party, Admiral put an extra claim on my policy,, Renual had increased by £1000, to £3000, When challenged said there mistake and would rectify and not take any payment until sorted, Admiral took the £3000 and said that's the premium, I had protected no claims as well Reviewed on: 11th October 2023

Reasonably priced when you consider the cost of inflation the economy. Good customer service.

Spam

Three spam leaflets through my door in one morning,tried calling to ask them to stop but apparently they can't understand English for the life of them Reviewed on: 11th October 2023

Disgusting company do not use

Admiral allowed someone to use only my name and address to take out car insurance fraudulently. I have never been insured with them. The person then crashed twice claiming on my name leaving me unable to take out insurance. I am now 5 months in without insurance and after relentless phone calls over hours of call time, they have got nowhere. Disgusting company do not use them. I haven't been able to drive for 5 months.
