Good service but some reservations about cover provided

Home insurance was easy to arrange and seems good value for money although I am slightly concerned about one of the exclusions. I hope not to have to make a claim but insurance products only prove themselves in that unfortunate circumstance Reviewed on: 21st September 2018

Good policy but annoying to set up

I'm really happy with my policy and the customer service, but it's annoying having to answer lots of questions online, to be told to phone up with a reference number in order to pay. I then had to answer all the exact same questions and hear all of the quotes again before I could pay for the policy. Reviewed on: 21st September 2018
