Excellent company

I have been with Admiral a few years now for house insurance. They are a good company so I now have car insurance too. Reviewed on: 10th August 2024

Very competitive pricing.

Very competitive pricing. All areas of cover for us were listed. A company we knew well and were recommended by family who have car insurance with Admiral. Reviewed on: 10th August 2024

No ability to change cover online? Good call centre

No ability to change cover online - needed to add named personal possessions to the policy but had to call up to do this. Would be better all round if this was possible online? Rep deal;t with my call well thouyh. Reviewed on: 10th August 2024

Got second year at much lower price!

I have had a very positive experience. After buying the insurance online last year and forgetting to do a search of the best quotes this year, my insurance rolled over to a much lower price! I was really shocked that they had passed this cut on to a current user and weren’t just using it to attract new customers. Reviewed on: 10th August 2024

I have tried 3 times to add a valuable item

Initial good but I have tried 3 times to add a valuable item to my insurance and this has still not been done. It cannot be done online and is difficult to work out how to do it. It cannot be done via chat. The only way is by speaking to someone and I get cut off every time they transfer me to the right person, once they realise they cannot help me. The system is ridiculous.
